- How do I connect?
Follow your intuition and do whatever feels right
to you during the connection times. Also you might like to follow some or all of these suggestions:
- At least five minutes
before your time slot stop whatever you are doing and find a
quiet spot.
- Sit or lie in a comfortable
position.
- Put the print-out of the emissary
wheel on the floor in front of you. You can look at it
throughout the meditation or just look at it for a while then
close your eyes. Do whatever feels right. It is not necessary to
look at it at all, it will still be powerful.
- Play some meditation music using
earphones. Use whatever you like but I really recommend Stephen's
"The
Meditation" This music
seems to take people into a higher vibration, really increasing
and enhancing the meditative experience and enabling you to
quieten your mind more effectively. It also has the handy option
of a 15 minute track. I will usually be using this music.
- Close your eyes, take
three deep, SLOW breaths (breathing in through the nose and out through the
mouth) and open your heart (you might want to place a hand over
your heart area).

However you feel about

So it is. So it shall be. Om. Shanti. Peace.

The Emissary Wheel
This is an ancient sacred geometric symbol. It is

Sacred geometry speaks to us beyond words. It is an encoding
of ancient wisdom and The Emissary Wheel seems to amplify healing
energy.
