What we eat and the way that we eat affects how we feel. The way that we feel affects what, and how, we eat.

If we eat when we are feeling stressed, we do not digest our food well, for example. If we eat foods that act as stimulants (e.g. sugar and caffeine) we can feel quite stressed.
