Your First Appointment

Years of experience have led me to a way of working that often gets to the root cause of why a client is out of balance. Sure you can come along and just discover what foods you are sensitive to if you so wish. But the question that interests me, and it is the question that you should be asking yourself, is "Why?" Why do you have food sensitivities? Why are you not absorbing certain nutrients? Why do you never seem to get back into balance no matter what you do?

For many people the answer is largely due to one thing: Toxicity. Unless your body is able to eliminate and drain toxins efficiently you will find it very difficult to come back into balance.

I recommend that all new clients follow this path:

• I book you in for a 90 minute appointment and send you a covering letter plus a health questionnaire to complete and bring with you.
  
  

• You keep a three-day diet diary prior to your appointment which you then bring with you.
  
  

• You also bring along anything that you are taking, medication, supplements, homeopathic remedies, herbals.
  
  

• When you arrive I go through your health form with you and take a comprehensive history of your health problems.
  
  

• I use the BEST machine to screen you for the following:
  Food Sensitivity
  Mineral and Vitamin Balance
  Toxic Triangle
  Plus BEST tests to discover how well your gut and liver are functioning and if there is any probability of candida and/or parasites.
  
  

• I use the BEST machine to test for what remedies/supplements will bring you back into balance.
  
  

• We then look at the results of the tests and I put this information together with what I have learned from your history and diet diary.
  
  

• I give you my recommendations to follow for the next month which usually includes taking remedies (see the Toxic Triangle information for more on this) and making some dietary changes. I also give you a copy of all your results in a folder to take away with you.

Your Second Appointment

One month after your first appointment you come back for a 60 minute follow-up appointment. At this appointment the following usually happens:

• I retest all the results that indicated imbalance to see that there has been improvement. Most people's results now indicate balance has been achieved. The exceptions would be food sensitivities as they really need 3 months to come into balance completely. Also, if you have candida or parasites, your gut function may still be below the optimum.

• I then use the BEST machine to perform a Hormone Balance test. If there is any indication of imbalance then I would use the machine to help me find what will bring you back into balance. For the majority of clients the first month's programme has ensured that there is no imbalance here.
