About Me In 2001 I qualified in Diet and Nutrition (ITEC/IGGP). I also trained to use the BEST machine to help me identify specific areas of imbalance in my clients. This led me to focus on toxicity and to train in protocols that identify and improve issues connected with the body's ability to eliminate and drain toxins. Training
Also I am a very experienced, Alexander Technique teacher (MSTAT). I have been teaching the Technique professionally since 1993. As well as running a normal Alexander teaching practice I do a great deal of specialised Alexander work with children especially at Educare Small School. I also offer each child there a food sensitivity test and nutrition and diet consultation. I have been featured in magazine and newspaper articles. I have appeared on Sky News and London Today. I live in Kingston upon Thames, UK with my family. My husband Roger and I also have a base in Greece from which I work. See my other website (below) for full information.
